Right from my day at your college, I became familiar with the life/environment at Mgit Parramatta.
I found the staff members and mostly you, Sir ,the Principal, to be very patient and supportive. On many occasions, during my stay from 2013 to 2015, I had to deal with you where you gave me complete reassurance to build up my confidence in the so many complex assignments regarding my Management Diploma Course. Sometimes , it was one on one situations where you spent your valuable time to instruct me.
Thank you, Mr Ebrahimi, I know you would prefer me to address you as Malek .
Principals do vary in strategy, temperament, and leadership but the great ones have four characteristics in common :-
- Great Principals take responsibility for college success
- Great Principals lead teaching and learning
- Great Principals hire, develop and retain excellent teachers
- Great Principals build a strong college community.
There is no doubt that during my time spent you surely demonstrated these qualities.
I wish you, your valued teachers and staff members all the success you need and of your excellent rapport with students of all ages and of ethnic backgrounds.
May the Lord bless you immensely during these festive seasons.
Your student, Joseph Donat, now proudly holder of a Diploma in Management , the envy, of my friends, thanks to you and your teaching staff who spent valuable time to instruct, guide and coach me without fear or favour.
